In 2003, we established this fund in honor of our founders, Vonda N. McIntyre, J.T. Stewart, and Marilyn J. Holt. It began as a combination emergency-and-endowment fund. With your help we’ve gotten through our emergencies. Now we’re ready­ to work on the endowment.

25 for 25

During our 25th anniversary year, our goal is to raise $25,000 to use as an endowment for the Founders' Fund. Our operating expenses are under $100,000 a year, so $25,000 is enough money that the interest on it will provide a meaningful income.

Please make special 25 for 25 donations to the Founders' Fund in addition to those you normally make through the summer Write-a-thon and the late fall annual giving programs. You can also pledge to make extra gifts for the next few years to build the Founders' Fund endowment. Gifts of any size are welcome.
