2012 Clarion West Writers Workshop

The Clarion West Writers Workshop is an intensive six-week workshop for writers preparing for professional careers in science fiction and fantasy, held annually in Seattle, Washington, USA.

We are very happy to announce that our instructors for the 2012 Clarion West Writers Workshop are Mary Rosenblum, Hiromi Goto, George R.R. Martin, Connie Willis, Kelly Link and Gavin Grant, and Chuck Palahniuk, the 2012 Susan C. Petrey Fellow.

The 2012 Writers Workshop will run June 17 through July 27. Applications are being accepted until midnight on March 1, 2012.

Spring One-Day Workshops

Our One-Day Workshop series continues with Kat Richardson on March 4, Nicola Griffith on April 15, and Cat Rambo on May 6. All classes take place in Seattle and are limited to 12 students. Students will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
